Who we are
EcoSan Pro is a trading name of Mykhailo Oberemok, sole trader, 15 Early Street, Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, WA12 9LW. Under UK data protection law I am the "controller" of the personal information described here. You can contact me at ecosanprouk@gmail.com or on 07867 909928.
What information we collect
- Your name, organisation, phone number, email address and the postcode or address of the space, when you contact us by the form, phone, email or WhatsApp.
- Details about the job: type of space, the service you need, how urgent it is, and anything you tell us about the problem.
- Records of the work: quote, risk assessment, method statement, treatment certificate and, for ozone jobs, the air monitoring record.
- Payment and invoicing details needed to keep accounts.
Please do not put health information about individuals in the enquiry form. If we need it to carry out a job safely, we will ask you directly and handle it with extra care.
How the form on this page works
The form does not store anything on this website. When you press "Send request", it opens your own email app with the details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.
Why we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. This is needed to take steps at your request before a contract (or in our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).
- To carry out the work and invoice you. This is needed for the contract with you.
- To keep records that we are legally required to keep, such as accounts and health and safety records.
- To keep records of the work done, so we can show it was carried out safely and deal with any complaint or claim. This is our legitimate interest.
We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
Who we share it with
Only where needed: the client or auditor who receives the audit pack for a job; our email, phone and messaging providers (for example Google for email and WhatsApp for messages); professional advisers such as an accountant; insurers if there is a claim; and regulators or the authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, under safeguards set by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a job: up to 12 months.
- Records of completed jobs and invoices: 6 years after the job, for tax, insurance and legal reasons.
